Title: Thanksgiving Check-in

Intro Summary

Hello for my Love of Parenting parents - It's Kimberly! Just popping in for a quick check in.

Podcast

Hey there mama! It's Kimberly.

I just wanted to pop in for a quick check-in.

Can you believe it's been a month since I started my wellness journey and pressed pause on For the Love of Parenting podcast. Well, as promised, I wanted to stop by, say hi, and let you know that I’m doing well. I hope you are, too.

During this time I have been doing lots of things for me, learning new things and often times just relaxing and simply doing nothing at all. And it feels great!

So, with Thanksgiving here, I could not let the week go by without sending a little love your way. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I hope your day is filled with good food, gentle moments, and whatever version of peace your home needs right now.

You know… whoever thought there is so much power in rest and thankfulness?

But it’s true. Rest clears your mind. Thankfulness softens your heart. And together, they remind you that you are exactly where you need to be in this season.

If you need a little boost of gratitude or just want a moment to breathe, I encourage you to revisit Episodes 47 where I revisit my very first episode on self-love and episode 48 where we discuss unlocking the secret to raising grateful kids—these two episodes talk about thankfulness, slowing down, and reconnecting with what matters most. They’re perfect for this time of year.

Hey, I’ll continue to pop in from time to time, just like this, until the show officially returns.

So, in the meantime, please take care of yourselves, and during this season of gratitude, remember to squeeze your loved ones tight, and count your wins—give yourself grace for the rest. I'm certainly doing more of that these days.

Until next time take care.
